Granny ran out of clean mittens, so what do you do when you do not have any mittens for hands? You use the mittens for legs. I keep swinging these leg mittens and it looks like I am flagging white flags.
Granny tio Ibet in 4 D again on Wednesday with my number. HOHOHOHO. I hope they will strike one big time on Saturday, which is my full month. I have heat rashes on my face, all little pimple look alikes acnes on my cheeks and forehead, I am usually good looking, so don't get alarm when you see me on Saturday, they will disappear once I feel cool. Initially, Mummy and Granny tot it must be the mittens which I put in the mouth & have traces of milk on them, then I rub on my face to cause the pimples, thus they tied up my hand. I look very Yang Guo-ish didn't I?A lazy afternoon nap is what I need.

Sleep

Today's the 24th day of me breathing out of Mommy's womb. I hardly sleep 3 hours continuously these days becuz I have more demand for milk. Mommy think this pict of me looks grown up. My side view not bad wad.

Thanks to Jenson's mum who bought clothing for me, I think I can only wear it in another year. Thanks to Uncle Kevin who lend Mummy and Daddy Wii, now they playing it to relieve stress.

Oh yar! Daddy said I am a lucky boy, Granny tio 4D with I-Bet on Saturday and Grandpa Tio 4D, winning 500 bucks on Sunday with my birth Cert number. Please don't go Genting and leave me in Singapore, at least wait till New Year first k. Cooooooooooo....

Serious??

My serious look. Aunty Siwei commented I got nice eyebrow, lol, I got nice buns, nice eyes and yummy fingers too.
Now I don't cry at bath times, I drink milk in every 3 hours, but if it is breastfeeding, then my mealtime is almost every 1 hour, so breastfeeding is not easy. Respect those mummies who can take it.

Mummy said it is a joy taking care of me, I am her pride and also her companion. Daddy working hard outside, but he promised he will buy many many toys for me to play with. Yesterday I overheard him telling Mummy to switch on Channel Newsasia for me during feeding time, I was like huh, usually I watched the long long Taiwn Tv series and also variety shows, however, I know it is for my own good, I will try to catch Primetime morning news and also news at 6.30.

In my 20th day, 10 more days to my full month!

When I grow up..

Aunty Anya always play the Pussycat Doll's "When I grow up" during my stay in the womb, so it prompts me to think what should I do when I grow up? Hmmm... Thane deep in thought*
I want to save the world, help damsel in distress, plus I wan to look cool, you know??

I have decided, that I can be Ultraman when I grow up. P.E.A.C.E

Today when I bathed, I did not make any noise at all!!! I am such a grown up~

Name

Kudos to Granny and Mummy for taking care of me during these 3 days! My jaundice level down by 40! I was at the polyclinic for so long and got hungry. To prevent me from eating my mitten, they rather took it away and let me suck my finger. Sluurps * Nibble*
It is so hard to decide on my Chinese name, this word unsuitable, that word no meaning and the other word clashes with somebody. Tell me, does a name play a big big part in your life? As long as people dont tease at it, then it should be okay right? Plus, parents have roles to play on my upbringing, Daddy & Mummy harbour hopes for me to grow up into responsible and independent being, I don't want to be call spoilt bratz either.

Finally, Mummy decided on my Chinese name (approved by Daddy), and Daddy took care of my Christian name, I am not just Baby Koh, I will be Thane Koh Zongkai.

Milk

Today's topic meant the whole world to me! I simply love milk! It keeps me full, provides the neccessary calcium and immunization + it is the only thing I can drink now, I cannot drink water for the next 6 months.
Even when I am dreaming~ I keep thinking my hand is full of milk and I cannot help but to suck my mittens! My favourite expression is to suck in my cheek and look at people, Aunt Grace says I am trying to look slim in picture.

Okok, I love it when Mummy spends the lazy afternoon with me, even though she did not bathe, I hope she cannot tell I am holding my breath.

Dearest Daddy, Mummy has told me everything, I know every 11p.m there will be replay of the mediacorp's Condor Heros, you asked mummy to bring me out of the room while I am sleeping so you can watch TV!

The exact words you say is "Jiao baby chu lai~~" and looks pleadingly at Mummy. In the end, the 2 of you watched the show in the room while I am still sleeping on your bed. And you all only look at me during commercial times! Hmph!

But But! I still feel the love which you all shower me, I love you all back too, n my readers who are concern of my development!

Steal my Thunder

It's me during moi feeding time, my first french word, Mummy said it is important to be a good linguist. She even recite timetable to me during my breastfeeing, typical Mummy who is scared to lose out. I think if she can recite the history of China, prolly she would.

It is easy to tell whether I am hungry or not, by looking at me. If I am eating my mittens, it means I am hungry.

I look a little yellowish cuz my jaundice level is up by 10 again, this time, I didn't even bringe when they poke my leg with needle, Mummy said I am a brave boy now :B

My Chinese name is not settled yet, so many discussions about this matter in the family, whether to go to those Chinese tradtional calculation or not to go. Daddy and Mummy are not keen about it because they feel that if everyone go and do all the calculation, then there won't be any poor or unfortunate people in this world.

Of late, I poop alot, Mummy commented that my poo just literally shoot out and when she cleaned me up, my poop ended up in her fingernails.. I know I have pooped on Granny's shorts and pee-ed on her too, I cannot really control my bowel movement yet, hence, kindy bear with me. I promised I will be toilet trained.. soon.
Me with my mobile bed. Nowadays, I sleep on Mummy's bed during the day as it is more convenient for her to latch me on. Thanks to Samantha, she asked Mom to watch tv so that time will pass faster and be really patient, drink warm milk or soup to keep the milk coming and also to Gene, who provides all the useful information which Mummy needs during and after pregnancy, she has helped me to prevent stretch marks early. Wink*

Laslt, thanks to Godma Jiahui who calls Mommy and talks to her during these days of confinement. It is the 12th day and I am in time to celebrate Dad's n Mum's 2nd year anniversary!~

Baby Koh out!

I got the whole world in my hand

Hullo! This is Daddy's 2nd time of carrying me, the 1st time lasted less than 5 second before he passed me to the nurse. This time round, he is more prepared and I felt safer as well.
By the way, I love washing my hair, but I don't enjoy bathing time. I will scream on top of my voice if when Granny put me in bath tub.

As you can tell, all my clothes are too big for my size, I am a size MINI, I look big in the pictures because Mummy took them from very near distance.

One good news, I managed to latch on Mummy, she has been trying and trying to breastfeed me and she finally succeeded the day before. But my demand is really high cuz I am a growing kid, so she still gave me formula as supplement.

Pawn the world

Uncle Jim sent Mummy & Daddy a car seat for me from Noel, yea... I can go vrooom vroom with them when I grow older. Thanks to SAT TONG club. Mummy laughs at the content of the card after reading it.

Oooh, can tell I looking at a pretty lady? Mummy looks best in my eyes. They all begin to say I look my maternal grandad, but I feel I look like my Daddy!

4th day into my life. I hope to feel better and quickly blend into my new home.

I am Little Koh!

I am Baby Koh, supposed my birth date is in November, but I can't wait to see my Mummy and Daddy as I heard so much about them when I am still snuggling in Mummy's womb. So I decided to come out earlier, to surprise them, no matter they are prepared or not!

Mummy was preparing for bed on 30 September 2009, after midnight, to be exact, it is already 1st Oct! She felt a gush of water coming out. That's my sign for her, she told me to leave a sign, so I did! She told Daddy about it and my Daddy, Koh Hongjie, claimed he cannot breathe properly as it was so sudden. He must be excited about my grand entrance.

After admitted my Mummy to hospital where she has to take 2 Steroids injections on her tighs (I will love u for this), Daddy Koh went home to gather everyone, to clean the whole house. He cleared the storeroom, my room, the fridge and the living room. Granny also spent sleepless hours clearing all the thrash in the house. I heard she even threw away the lamp she made during her Sec 2 days, thanks Granny.

Daddy went online to search for the best playpen & pram for me, he chose a bright yellow playpen as Mummy said she wants colors to brighten up my days, and there are tiny bears on the playpen with numbers, it even comes with music, birds chirping, night light and most cool of all, a vibrator to calm me to sleep. Lurves u daddy! The Pram in red is awesome too, easy to pack and there r 2 ways of pushing, one by the front, one by the back, Daddy said he likes to see me when taking me out to stroll, only when there are pretty girls around, he will then show me off to attract them. =B

Meanwhile, Mummy struggling with my birth in hospital. Poor thing, she didn't get to eat anything much since the day she was admitted in. They poked her finger to put tubes inside so she can get glucose, antibiotics and the oxytocins to induce birth. Doctors trying to help her to get the contraction coming. They said, a good contraction is one every 2 minute, so Mummy have contractions since 10 p.m on 1st Oct till the next day 2nd Oct. She was not allowed to eat except taking sips of water, then she was unable to sleep due to the contraction, so if you count 60 minute in an hour, 2 minute 1 contraction, basically, Mummy has LOTS of contractions which I think she couldn't be bothered in counting.

Mummy wanted to opt out from Epidural, but the 2 days of struggling depleted most of her energy, so she took the Epidural, which has its own risk too. The Epidural is a pain relief injection injected at the spine, there are other pain relief method like laughing gas, Ethanol, which will elminate 20-30% of pain, Epidural took away 80% of it, of course, the cost is higher too. Once Mummy took Epidural, she fell asleep til the next super contraction comes along. She woke up and it has already dialated 10 cm. I am SO ready to be born. The Gynae was very swift, he came in and just asked Mummy push. Daddy was there to support her and all Mummy can hear was Daddy's voice and instructions. After few pushing, Thane Koh OUT!

My lovely family. My daddy having cough, so he puts on a mask to see visit me. Isn't he considerate?

This world needs me, I feel it! I will be home on Monday onwards, I will be Mummy's little Koh Koh crunch from now on.
